THe rituals

2018 - Ferguson Foundry

The Rituals is an exhibition that explores sacred and personal forms of ritualism and the effects that these rituals have upon the human psyche as well as the physical body. The exhibition showcases the works of four multi-disciplinary West Australian artists - Circus Carnis, Marijke Loosjes, Matthew Pope and Frater Sorath.

MONACHOPSIS

The exhibition held at Spectrum Project Space will explore the ideas surrounding Monism and the colloquial term Monachopsis. These terms hold notions of identity; body, mind and oneness, exploring how we sometimes feel out of place and the idea of all existing things belong to one source

HEATHCOTE SELECT
2017 - Heathcote Museum & Gallery

He invites viewers to engage and interact with the sculptures and prints that are exhibited, allowing people to touch, interact and feel the earth. The work consists of sculpture installation, videos and printmaking that explore how the human body connects with nature emotionally, physically and sexually. This connection is achieved through the use of visual, physical and audible engagements. The work allows intimate connections to form between the artist, audience and natural environment.
